How remote help works
Plenty of things can be sorted out without me travelling anywhere. All I need is one small program and your permission — we go through it together on the phone.
The link goes to AnyDesk’s official site. Downloading and using it costs you nothing.
Step by step

Download AnyDesk
Clicking the button below starts downloading a file called AnyDesk.exe (for Windows). It will most likely land in your Downloads folder.

Open the downloaded file
There is nothing to install. Double-click the file and the program opens straight away. If Windows asks whether to allow the app, say yes.

Read me the number on screen
In the AnyDesk window you will see a nine-digit number — usually right at the top, and the largest thing there. Read that number out to me on the phone.

Confirm the connection
Once I enter your number, a small window pops up asking you. Click Accept and you will see everything I do on the computer.

Close AnyDesk when we are done
Closing the window ends the session. Until you start the program again and confirm again, nobody can connect to you.

So nobody can con you
AnyDesk is an ordinary, safe program, but scammers abuse it. Stick to three rules and they have no chance:
- Only give the number to someone you rang yourself
- Never read out passwords or codes from text messages to anyone
- I will never ring you first, and I never want access to your banking
Nobody reaches your screen without you confirming it — and you end the session any time by closing the window.

Do I have to install anything?
No. AnyDesk downloads as a single file and runs straight away; no installation is needed. When we are finished you close the window and that is that.
Will you see everything on my computer?
I see your screen for the duration of a session that you confirm yourself. I record nothing, take no screenshots and save nothing from your computer. The whole time, you can see what I am doing.
How much does remote help cost?
The same rate as help in person — CZK 350 for each half hour started. There is no travel charge, though, so for short jobs it works out cheaper.
